We rent sel catering cottages, each one with a well equipped kitchen. Vine cottage's kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, espresso coffe maker. The accomodation consists of double or single spacious bedrooms and a spacious bathroom. The sitting area and living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a wooden table for your lunch, easy chairs, a T.V. with satellite services, video recorder or DVD player and radio/CD player.
Stone fireplace in Vine's Cottage. Bed linen, towels and heating are inclusive. As well as electric light, water, gas, final cleaning. Beds are made up for you at your arrival.
The cottages have large gardens where adults can play table tennis, cook steaks using the open air barbeque or simply relax and enjoy the views & children can play safely. Ample parking

You can reach a lot of beautiful beaches in about 20-25 minutes by car. Here in the farm we have a nice private swimming pool in which adults and children can swim safely. Free of charge for you.

I don't  know if you can play tennis :-) Anyway, if you can you'll be able to get a tennis court in Ponteginori, only 5 minutes by car  from the farmhouse. Yet you must know that the tennis court is very close to the public swimming-pool and the bathing attendant can't help looking at you and giving unrequested suggestions. You can reach a lot of riding fields in about 7-8 minutes by car.
In only 5 minutes you can reach a chemist's (and a doctor too) a baker's, a butcher's, pubs, a newspaper kiosk, and so on.

Many of the surrounding  villages have excellent restaurants, some of them award-winning. Booking in season is advisable, and ordering after 9 p.m. can be difficult. We will be happy to make suggestions and reservations for you. Recommendations are based on our own experience and feed-back from our guests. All around the  farm you can find approximately 250.000 square meters of green fields, woods and country lanes in which you can freely walk. For your comfort and in order to avoid that you get lost in the forests we have also put deckchairs, chairs, tables and sun umbrellas in the area next to the cottages.
